Friday’s Keeneland Play of the Day

We had a dud in race 7 yesterday and ran 1,2 in race 8 just for a little extra gut punch, but the Cornfather has a nice play in a feature today, so don’t you worry.  There is no need to mess around with doubles, we just have one pony, one race, and he’s going to win it.

Race 6: 5 ½ Furlongs. (Turf) Grade 3 Buffalo Trace Franklin County Stakes

#6 Lull (5/1) – The Cornfather is licking his chops over the thought of 5/1 on this filly.  She is a sprinter and has spent most of her young career running against better competition going longer.  When she has sprinted, she is three for four with a second by a nose.  She should sit a perfect stalking trip and pounce down the stretch for her first graded stakes victory.

Lull – Win Bet above 3/1, key in all the gimmicks
