Monday’s NBA Plays

It’s Monday, so we have a full NBA slate tonight.  Let’s see what the Cornfarther has cooking.

Lunch Money Plays

Detroit +2 vs Cleveland – The Cavs have won four straight and Detroit is on a back to back, but the Cornfather loves the home dog here.  Detroit is 7-1 at home and every team gives the Cavs their best shot.  Cleveland hasn’t been facing the best competition recently either.

New York -1 vs LA Clippers – The Clippers are a terrible basketball team and they should have blown the whole thing up once they decided to trade Chris Paul.  They are a mess and the Cornfather will take a scrappy Knicks team getting back to their home floor.

Washington +5 @ Milwaukee – John Wall is listed as questionable, but the Cornfather knows he’ll play.  This is an intense matchup between two Eastern Conference teams, who are trying to take the next step and become contenders.  The Cornfather thinks it’s going to be a battle, so he’ll take all five of those points.
