Wednesday’s NBA Plays

We have close to a full NBA slate tonight, so the Cornfather will diversify his portfolio a little bit.  He’s not hammering anything, but three free lunches won’t hurt anybody.

Lunch Money Plays

New York Knicks +1.5 vs Miami – Miami will bring it after getting beat badly by Cleveland last night.  However, the Knicks shouldn’t be home dogs here.  They are 9-4 this year in the Garden and the Cornfather must back them getting a point and a half.  It’s the only choice.

Minnesota +5.5 @ New Orleans – The T’wolves have been struggling on offense recently, but the Cornfather thinks this line is too high coming off a tough loss.  The Towns/Anthony matchup will be fun to watch and the Cornfather views these teams as basically the exact same.  In an evenly matched game, take the points.

Memphis +8.5 @ San Antonio – The Cornfather loves backing teams in their first game after a coaching change.  Memphis has been dreadful in the month of November and needed to shake things up.  They’ll play with a new level of energy tonight and stay within the number.  The Cornfather can see this one a mile away.
