Tuesday’s NBA Picks

The Cornfather looks to continue building his bankroll early this week.  The Thunder aren’t on the NBA card tonight, so he’ll have a chance at a clean sweep.  Let’s Eat.

Lunch Money Plays

New York -3 vs LA Lakers- The Lakers have won two in a row and are a young team making good progress.  However, they have also had a full two days in New York before tonight.  The young guns will be walking zombies after partying in the big city and Porzingis will assert his dominance.  The Cornfather has seen this scenario a thousand times.

Brooklyn +3.5 vs Washington – The Nets are playing decent basketball and aren’t a cinch to beat at home.  John Wall makes the entire Wizards team go and they shouldn’t be road favorites without him in this one.  The home dog will bark.

Dallas +6 vs San Antonio – Another home dog the Cornfather is riding tonight.  Dallas has picked it up in the last month and they’ll be happy to get back to their home floor tonight after a short road trip.  San Antonio will likely find a way to win the game, but the Cornfather says it will go down to the wire.

Tuesdays are always the slowest night of the week for the Cornfather, but that doesn’t mean he won’t enjoy it.  He can pick up a few dollars before the big games and big pressure mount later in the week.
